Competition Updates

Dear all,

Here are some updates for the upcoming SYF 2008 CO Central Judging:

Competition Date: 1st April 2008 (Tuesday)
Work Plan for the day:

11:00am - 11:30am
Students to be dismissed from class for early lunch at the canteen. (Students to wear school T-shirt and shorts/skirt with black shoes and bring costume)

11:30pm -12:30pm
Change into CO Costume and Makeup.

12:30pm – 1:30pm
CO Practice

1:30pm – 2:00pm
Students to carry their instruments and gather according to their respective buses + Snacks for students + Instruments to be loaded into lorry

2:00pm
Last minute checks and boarding of bus heading to Singapore Conference Hall

2:30pm
Arrival at Singapore Conference Hall

2:30pm – 3:00pm
Touching up of Makeup and minimal tuning of instruments.

3:00pm – 3:15pm
Tuning of Instruments at the Tuning Room as well as short practice.

3:15pm – 3:45pm
Waiting for Competition Time

4:00pm – 4:15pm
Actual Competition

4:15pm
End of Competition + Exit stage and gather as a group, instruments to be loaded into lorry

4:30pm
Boarding of Bus back to KHS

5:00pm
Arrival at Kong Hwa School

5:30pm– 6:00pm
Keeping of Instruments and Accessories + Photo Taking at School Hall

6:00pm
Gather at canteen for dismissal.

Dear parent helpers, please kindly dress in RED (for easy recognition) and meet Mdm Lin and Miss Zhou XY at 11am at the school canteen to help us out with the makeup :) Thank you very much for your help! :)
